Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of TeenSwipeAi, a conversational companionship platform. By creating an account, signing in, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use TeenSwipeAi.

Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• “AI Companion” means a fictional, artificial-intelligence-generated virtual character made available through the Application.
• “Age Assurance Provider” means the third-party identity and age-verification provider engaged by the Company to perform age checks.
• “Content” means, collectively, Input and Output.
• “Input” means the prompts, messages, parameters and selections you submit within the Application.
• “Output” means the text, images, video, voice notes, synthetic voice and other media generated by the Application in response to Input.
• “Services” means all features of the Application, including text chat, image and video generation, voice notes, and the Voice Call Feature.
• “Subscription” means a paid plan giving access to paid Services as described in Section 6.
• “Tokens” means the in-App units allocated to or purchased by paid users to access extended features.
• “Voice Call Feature” means the simulated real-time voice interaction feature described in Section 12 and governed by the Voice Call Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract where you live. TeenSwipeAi is intended for adults only. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement, and we may ask you to verify your age at any time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.

Every companion on TeenSwipeAi is an AI-generated character. They are not real people, they do not represent anyone living or dead, and nothing they say is advice, a promise, or a statement of fact. Conversations are generated by software and may be inaccurate, repetitive, or unexpected. Please treat them as entertainment.

TeenSwipeAi is not a crisis service or a substitute for professional care. If you are in distress, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional.

You agree not to use TeenSwipeAi to:

• break any law, or infringe anyone's rights;
• impersonate a real person or misrepresent your identity;
• harass, threaten, or harm another person;
• upload or generate content that is unlawful, or that depicts minors in any sexual context;
• attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to use;
• scrape, copy, resell, or automate access to the service without our written permission;
• interfere with the service or place unreasonable load on it.

We may remove content, suspend, or close an account that breaches these rules.

You keep ownership of the messages and other content you submit. You grant us the licence we need to store, process, and display that content in order to run the service for you, including passing it to the AI providers that generate companion replies. You are responsible for what you send.

We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend the service for maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

The TeenSwipeAi name, design, software, and the companion profiles and portraits we publish belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them outside the service.

You may stop using TeenSwipeAi at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms or if we are required to by law.

TeenSwipeAi is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use TeenSwipeAi after an update means you accept the new version.
